Ashley is the Chief of Staff of AIM2. She brings over ten years of experience in financial services and investment management. She was formerly the Director of Corporate Strategy and Development for a $6.0bn multi-strategy hedge fund, Arrowgrass Capital. Before Arrowgrass, Ashley spent 7 years in leveraged finance, most recently with Antares Capital (formerly G.E. Capital) and previously with Barclays.
